These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wooden Labyrinth (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Wooden Labyrinth is a tilt-controlled marble maze game. Some content (such as community-created mazes) may be uploaded by other users; we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of user-submitted content.
Certain features (such as community maze uploads and cloud-attributed progress) require signing in via Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You may delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion Page for instructions.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their respective payment terms and refund policies. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds — refund requests must go through Apple or Google. Acorn packs are consumed upon use and are not transferable, exchangeable for real-world value, or refundable except as required by applicable store policy or law.
When using community features, you agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
The free version of the App displays ads served via Google AdMob to help keep the App free to play. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.
The App, including its design, code, and original maze content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of in-app currency or purchased entitlements due to technical issues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
